Aim: Integrate and synthesise the findings from all work packages (WPs) to develop a comprehensive set of best practices for stakeholder engagement. These should be in line with ethical guidelines and the use of AI and the European Health Data Space (EHDS) in cancer research and biobanking, as well as relating to the four Mission Cancer goals.

Methods:

• Embedded reflection sessions. This process will engage the Consortium in evaluating feedback and lessons learned, allowing for the refinement of engagement strategies.

• Multistakeholder workshops (M8/M24). Two workshops will be held with diverse stakeholders to discuss the Mission: Cancer goals, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach.

• Iterative approach. The reflection process is structured to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes in cancer research.
